Here was BDF plate final against St. Vincents Glasgow DFC at Hitchin Town FC near Luton. Wonderful stadium!!
St. Vincents started to attack as they were offside(1min). Millensted crossed ball to Denmead as he shot ball too wide(3mins). St. Vincents kicked ball out befroe Wilcox get it(5mins). Slater should have keep ball closer to his feet as ball went too far which gk kicked it away(7mins). Gk fouled on Slater on penalty area which gave NDFC a penalty. Slater took it & scored(9mins). St. Vincents winger fouled on Cresswell as referee gave Cresswell a freekick(10mins). Sinclair lost his concretrating on ball(12mins). Cresswell fouled player down outside the box & ref awarded away team their freekick as ball went out the range(13mins). Wilcox passed to Slater & he blasted ball over the bar(15mins). Cresswell hit the upper bar with 30 yards shooting(16mins). Good punching by Hundal(17mins). Beauty tackle by Wright(19mins). Sinclair shot by wide from 10 yards(20mins). St. Vincents's freekick went over the bar(21mins). Sinclair shot & deflected defender's leg & ball went passed the post(25mins). Wilcox supposed to cross the ball to the box but it went out of way(28mins). Denmead crossed ball to the box as defender mistakely kicked ball on the way to goal but gk dived & punched it out of goalline(33mins). Almost an own goal. Beauty feeding to Slater from Cresswell then Slater kicked straight to gk on soft touching(40mins). Denmead recieved ball from Sinclair's heading then he shot straight to gk(42mins). Wilcox crossed to Slater then he passed to Sinclair, he scored(44mins). Half time we up 2-0. On 2nd half - St. Vincents midfielder was going to kick ball but somehow Slater grabbed it then ran to passed to Millensted but he failed to aim the goal(46mins). St.Vincents finally scored - NDFC were failing to stop him(47mins). Somehow few mins later, Hundal threw ball to Sinclair as he passed to Denmead, then he scored. He tucked his kit top off & its message on his white shirt saying Big thank you for playing NDFC(50mins). Beautifully flicking ball from Stone but it just went over the bar(59mins). St.Vincents cornerkick - Hundal jumped & punched ball but it went into our goal. own goal for Hundal(62mins). Stone passed to Sinclair as he noticed gk was few yards outside his post so he flicked ball over gk & went into goal(65mins). Another goal for NDFC as this time Sinclair feeded to Millensted & he gave it a hard shot into the net(68mins). Cresswell passed to goal hungry Slater then he added another goal on his tally which made him got 30 goals this season(74mins). Substitue Hubbard got on pitch & replaced by Cresswell(78mins). Wolfe almost scored with his head, he still waited for his 1st ever goal(84mins). Hind replaced Denmead as sub(85mins). Sinclair got yellow card for time wasting by kick ball away(88mins). Gk beautifully saved from Wilcox(88mins). Marshall got on pitch & replaced by White(89mins). St.Vincents defender pushed Sinclair down outside the box which gave him freekick as he shot over the bar(90mins). Wilcox shot & hit the post on very last second of full time whistle(90mins). We were the BDF plate champions!! 6-2!!!
