Superb goalkeeper for the Lane. Paul has won us many a game keeping goals out with some spectcular saves. he is constantly bein linked with moves away from the club due to his amense ability but his heart always has and always will be with Gegson Lane. He also has the best hair at the lane!!

Yes - better pitches mean a better chance to develop technique/skills
No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
Maybe - but I'd be worried about more injuries on firm pitches
